Earlier this month we published a report on the PTS (progressive tension sutures) method we created: the study reviews 597 consecutive surgery cases using this procedure which helps patients by having a “no-drain tummy tuck”. We are humbled by the feedback from our peers:
- the Editor of the Aesthetic Surgery Journal referred to this article as a landmark paper
- another doctor said: “from the available evidence, PTS appears to the only technique that continues to be associated with low seroma rates and allows the elimination of drains”
- a published Houston surgeon said: “Drs. Pollock and Pollock’s technique has been described as one of the most notable advancements in abdominoplasty surgical technique over the past few decades”
See our website for details on who made these statements and read the Press Release that was written by our two Dallas surgeons, Dr. Harlan Pollock and Dr. Todd A. Pollock: Recent Journal Article Published on PTS (Progressive Tension Suture) Technique Created by Drs. Harlan and Todd A. Pollock Gets Comments from Medical Peers
