Injectables
Injectables, such as BOTOX® Cosmetic, can reduce glabellar lines (frown lines), crow’s feet, and forehead creases by relaxing the facial muscles causing wrinkles. Injectable treatments do not require downtime, but your surgeon may recommend taking one or two days off from strenuous activities.
Cost:
Brow Lift
Drooping eyebrows and forehead wrinkles can be significantly reduced with a brow lift. Forehead and frown lines can be eliminated, and the eyebrows repositioned to a more youthful, alert position. Most patients feel much better after one to two weeks.
Cost:
Chin Augmentation
A weak or recessed chin appearance can benefit from chin augmentation, which places a customized implant along the jawline to balance the face and enhance the chin. Typically, patients only need one week to recover after chin augmentation.
Cost:
Eyelid Surgery
Blepharoplasty, also called eyelid surgery, removes excess skin and fat to provide youthful eyes. Under-eye puffiness and upper-eyelid hooding can be addressed with eyelid surgery. You can expect to feel much better after one to two weeks.
Cost:
Facelift
Facelift procedures are designed to tighten and smooth the facial skin along the midface. Every facelift is fully customized with various techniques. It takes approximately two weeks to recover after a facelift.
Cost:
The Progressive Tension Suture (PTS) Facelift
The facelift technique results in the overall enhancement of the natural appearance of the face. This revolutionary technique uses sutures to advance and anchor the skin to the underlying tissues. The use of the progressive tension suture technique minimizes bruising and swelling, therefore speeding healing and the recovery process. This technique can be applied to several other forms of cosmetic surgery, including tummy tuck surgery and brow lift surgery.
Dermal Fillers
Injectable dermal fillers are meant to temporarily soften fine lines, wrinkles, and deep creases. Certain formulations can also add fullness to the lips. There is no downtime associated with injectable fillers. However, you may be asked to avoid exercising for one or two days after your treatment.
Cost:
Nose Surgery
If you are dissatisfied with the size or shape of your nose, you can undergo rhinoplasty, or nose surgery, to correct the nasal structure. Side effects should reduce after one to two weeks.
Cost:
Otoplasty
Otoplasty, or ear setback, is a surgical procedure to correct prominent ears that stick out. The ears can be pinned back to restore facial harmony. Children can take a week to recover, while adults tend to take about five days.
Cost:
Facial Fat Transfer
Excess body fat can be harvested from one area of the body, purified, and injected into the face and hands to rejuvenate these areas and replenish volume. Fat grafting is a long-term and potentially permanent solution to facial hollows. It can take between one and two weeks to feel ready to resume work and other responsibilities, but it depends on the patient.

Breast
Breast Augmentation
Increasing the size and enhancing the shape of the breasts is the primary goal of breast augmentation. Many options are available for implant size, shape, texture, projection, material, and incision technique. Most patients need to rest for two to four weeks after their breast augmentation procedure.
Cost:
Breast Implant Removal
Whether you are unhappy with your breast appearance or experience an implant complication, surgery may be necessary to remove your breast implants. Some patients may decide to have new breast implants placed, depending on their desired outcome. Similar to your initial breast augmentation surgery, it can take between one and two weeks to recover after breast implant removal surgery.
Cost:
Breast Lift
Mastopexy, or breast lift surgery, is designed to reshape and raise the breasts to a higher position on the chest for a more youthful appearance. Patients should wait two to six weeks before resuming work and exercising, depending on what their surgeon recommends.
Cost:
Breast Reduction
Reduction mammoplasty, or breast reduction, can benefit women who feel that their breasts are too large or overbearing. Breast tissue is removed to create a more proportionate bust. It can take between two and four weeks to fully heal after a breast reduction procedure.
Cost:
Pectoral Implants
Men who desire a more symmetrical or muscular chest appearance can opt for pectoral implants. A customized, solid silicone implant is placed on the existing chest muscles for increased definition. Returning to work and regular activities can take about a week, but heavy lifting should wait approximately six weeks.
Cost:
Male Breast Reduction
This surgical procedure reduces the size of enlarged male breasts, or gynecomastia, by removing excess breast tissue and fat. Many men can resume work and daily activities after five to seven days.

Body
Tummy Tuck
Tummy tuck surgery, or abdominoplasty, reduces excess stomach fat, tightens abdominal muscles, and pulls the skin taut for a smoother, more defined torso. Dr. Pollock uses the Progressive Tension Suture technique to reduce recovery time. Many patients can resume work after two to four weeks, depending on how they are feeling.
Cost:
Liposuction
Liposuction removes excess fat from various areas of the body. Common areas treated by liposuction include the abdominal region, arms, buttocks, flanks or love handles, lower back, and thighs. Patients can usually return to work one week after liposuction.
Cost:
Body Lift
Skin removal surgery, or a body lift, is fully tailored to the needs of each patient. The focus of this procedure is to remove loose, excess skin after significant weight loss. The extent of your procedure will affect how long your recovery takes, which can last between two and six weeks.
Cost:
Mommy Makeover
Mommy Makeover surgery combines multiple surgical procedures into one operation to address the breasts, midsection, and other concerns. The objective of Mommy Makeover surgery is to restore a woman’s post-pregnancy body. Every Mommy Makeover is customized to meet the patient’s needs. It can take between four and six weeks to fully recover after this procedure. Dr. Pollock uses the Progressive Tension Suture technique to help minimize recovery time.
